24.01.1998 - Interpretation of dali48

When the spirit (elephant of the spirit) is tied all around with the rope of mindfulness - all fear vanishes, and complete happiness arises...

All enemies:
All the tigers, lions, elephants, bears and snakes (our emotions) and all the guardians of the hells, the demons and the horrors, are tied by the mastery of your mind - Because all fears and endless worries arise ot the mind...

Living in a modern metropolis is very similar to the agony of beings in the intermediate state after death - in which consciousness, as they say, is tormented by perpetual helplessness...

As long as you have a mind, there will also be thoughts and emotions - you should behave like a wise, old man - who is watching a playing child...

The belief in rebirth was still widespread in early Christianity and survived in various forms, even into the Middle Ages - Origines, one of the most influential church fathers, believed in a "pre-existence of the soul"...

I would like to make others aware of the message how to rest - which gives us a long-term view of life... (H. Ford)

All in all it would not be more surprising - to be born twice, as it is already the first time being born... (Voltaire)

Never do negative actions, just because they may be small - However small a spark may be, it can make a haystack of the size of a mountain burst into flames...

Never look down on good actions, just because they may be small - even the smallest drops of water eventually fill the largest container...

"Karma" does not fall apart as external things do, nor is it ever put out of function - Its energy will never stop - until it reaches the maturity... (Buddha)

Precious temples need not to be, and no complicated philosophy - our own mind and our own heart are our temple, my philosophy is loving kindness...

Did it not always fall back on us when we had hurt someone? - Has not this left us a bitter, dark memory, and a shadow of disgust before ourselves? - This memory and these shadows are "karma"...

Our habits and fears are also "karma" -
the result of our past actions, words and thoughts...

Destructive action always leads to pain and suffering - when we act constructively, we finally experience happiness... (Dalai Lama, S.H.)
