Every day:
Lemon, cress, parsley, carrot, tomato, grapes etc; curd, yogurt, Swiss cheese, goat's cheese, dried fruit (trail mix) contains phosphorus + calcium; no (little) alcohol! - It makes you tired! Fruit and vegetable juices, clear water (mineral), coffee (see Caro etc. - d.48) and tea (detoxifies); Hawthorn, sage, celandine, buttercup, mint, lavender, Benedictine thistle and gentian: hand + foot bath; Massages with herbal oil or cream;
Celery:
Potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, ferrum, vitamins A, B, C, nerves; turnips, peppers, green beans, spinach, eggplant, cucumber (juice); Herb baths, diet, fish, mussels, eggs (without antibiotics and hormones) - Once again, I have found that sometimes it is enough to be happy, in order to be healthy or to become it ...
