Part 100... by Golden Snow

The day when we left for Ontario the children came to see us, and we enjoyed lunch at a seaside restaurant. Wayne and I drove to Ontario, and I remember our driving through the USA and passing through Maine where the birch trees were tall. They looked so beautiful, and so clean with their black and white bark against the snow...

The weeks spend with my Mom and having Wayne faithfully beside me healed me in many ways. I was dependent on him. I needed him there with his gentle voice and ways. Mother said that he is a good man, and yes he was...

We remained in Ontario for six months. During that time I received my Snow Dance back. My mother and I danced and sang in the bright snow with the sun and in the moonlight. It was wonderful, and the energy was there again. Wayne loved to watch and never missed a dance. He soon was singing with us but he was unable to dance for long because he was having trouble with his knees.

We started by car to Nova Scotia in the warmth of the summer. We camped outside while looking for a home. Wayne took up his old job, and things were looking very good for us. We camped for four weeks, and then had to settle down in a small rented home by the sea. It was perfect for the winter coming up. Our furniture was delivered a week after we got the little home. We moved in and settled down. Wayne said he would rather have that I did something which I loved to do for a change. I started painting again and set me up in the mall with my paintings...
