January 8, 2013 - Interpretation of dali48
Barsch refuses the old stereotype of the "leader cult," shows the "Aryan" as "the image of the Lord" by the sources; the "Jew" as the personification of the devil; that is, a racist-religious racism.
We seek everything that helps us maintain the ego-illusion:
recognition, money, glory, rest, travel, contact of senses, thinking, reading, entertainment etc. (C.E. Barsch)

In principle, we are all looking for happiness and peace! - Instead of looking in our hearts, we look outside in the world. - Only what we love, we can do all the time! Everything else is a duty which we must fulfill. - Doubt is connected with hate, for it comes by rejection. - The desire for satisfaction of the senses as a deficiency is nothing more than the prelude to the Dukkha (suffering). What happens outside has since long expired, and is of no interest in the meditation.
The 5 virtue rules:
1 Do not kill a living being! - 2 Do not steal! 3 Do not have sexual abuse! 4 Do not lie, and use rough words! 5 Avoid alcohol and drugs!
Wherever we guide our mind, there is Buddha, - and where our mind is, there we are! (Ayya Khema)

Peace can only rule if we have no wishes! - For everything we desire produces suffering ... (Buddha)
