In principle, we are all looking for happiness and peace! - Instead of looking in our hearts, we look outside in the world. - Only what we love, we can do all the time! Everything else is a duty which we must fulfill. - Doubt is connected with hate, for it comes by rejection. - The desire for satisfaction of the senses as a deficiency is nothing more than the prelude to the Dukkha (suffering). What happens outside has since long expired, and is of no interest in the meditation.
