24.09.1997 - Interpretation of dali48

It is not important to accumulate a lot of theoretical knowledge about several religions, but to go one step really consistently! - This does not have to be the religion into which one was born - but the mature man should choose freely to choose the path which is appropriate for him... (Dalai Lama)

Buddhism estimates empirical-critical thinking... - The path of Christianity is unclear! - How can a person be improved step by step, in everyday life? - Does Christianity know very specific instructions, which correspond to the situation?

The Dalai Lama emphatically warns against "getting out of Western culture" - and imitating of the Eastern one...

Emotions which are causing basic suffering:
Desire... - all kinds of addiction in the widest sense, such as anger or hatred... - and ignorance... - pride, doubt, and false view (see prejudices, etc. - d.48)...

Attraction (desire) and aversion (hate, egocentric delimitation) are mutually dependent - and produce a tragic cycle (see "circulus vituosus" etc. - d.48)... (M. of Brück)
