"I can recommend herbs as effective for healing - because I have circa 25 years of self-experience with many herbs (see phytotherapy, etc.) and several alternative therapies - combined with a strong belief in nature - and in my faith that saved my life from very serious illnesses - Helpful is also to write a diary etc. - or to express your inner situation by painting, singing, making music etc. - If it's possible it will be helpful to do sports - as eg walking through a forest or around a lake, cycling, swimming, sauna etc...
