03/16/2000 – Interpretation of dali48 + update
Fear means guilt, illness, job stress, financial problems, marital strife, sadness, pointlessness of life, anger and shame, etc. - and can lead to sleep disorders! - It helps (see e.g. my blog, 15.03.2000 etc. - d.48)! ... 
Repentance: "Doctor had I only listened to you!" (see e.g. alcohol, cigarettes etc. - d.48) but it is usually too late! ...
Offensive odor is a terrible psychological burden for people! - The human nose is very capable as a receptor for substances against insomnia (see e.g. valerian, lemon balm, etc., - and what about car exhaust fumes etc.? - d.48)! ...
In his dream, man pursues by his eyes of what he sees in a dream, so it comes to eye movements under the eyelids. - Animals have an even greater proportion of Dreams and REM sleep periods than humans (about 33 - 50% etc. - d.48) with regard to total sleep time! ... 
Dreams provide information on unconscious fears and desires. - Dreams temporarily solve conflicts that people would make sleepless. - They are a self protection of the dreamer. - Those who dream a lot, are doing well due to the valve effect of dreams. - The dreamer is thus not so much burdened by “congestion of the instincts!” ...
For the widespread inability to cope with the life issues of our time, the refreshing sleep is the best remedy and treatment! - For help insomnia: a cup of warm milk with 1 teaspoon honey and / or tryptophan (see e.g. St. John's wort, valerian, melatonin, etc. - d.48)! ...
Sleep is not everything, but everything is nothing without sleep! - There is no disadvantage to sleep through half of life! - The other half can thus be valuable and intensely lived and enjoyed! - The rhythm imposed on our people, eight hours of physical and mental work and performance (see e.g. 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. in winter, and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. in summer etc. - d.48), eight hours rest and after work, eight hours of sleep and thus recovery is an old rule of thumb, - and we are subject to this rule! ... Why do I wake up every 2 hours? - Obstructive sleep apnea, periodic limb movements (leg jerks), iron deficiency, hyperthyroidism, gastroesophageal reflux, pain, allergies, asthma, hormonal changes, anxiety, depression and certain medications are some of the main contributors to fragmented sleep.03.02.2023
