This cultural denial of death has caused many of us to grow up with great fear of dying - By the glorification of violence, film and TV have emphasized this image of dying as a frightening perspective... - Stopping our clinging  emotionally does not mean that we automatically turn away from the relationships, roles, opinions or material things in our lives - but it is rather that we let go of our need to cling to it... - To live in the present means that we always can let go, and must be able to begin anew...
