I stand for the things I believe in - I do not allow my life to be determined by fear - I face people who have hurt me - I commit myself, who I am, instead of letting myself be defined by others - I keep the promises I have made to myself - I am talking about the truth - Many people confuse strong feelings with the loss of the mind... - Body, mind and feeling are intimately linked to each other - Emotional distress can greatly increase the vulnerability to headaches... - muscle spasms... - stomach, intestinal complaints... - respiratory distress... - and numerous other ailments - Emotional extortion sucks the security out of any relationship - I am sure I mean benevolence and trust - The more the level of security decreases in a relationship, the more cautious one becomes and hides more and more before ones blackmailer - Sacrifice in this game is the intimacy...
The victim no longer talks about:
Stupid and embarrassing things, grief, fear, or insecurity; Hopes, dreams, plans, goals, fantasies; Unhappy life experiences or a difficult childhood - everything that could show that the blackmailed person has changed and developed...
What remains:

On the train to the EU Parliament, the Italian Senate, the Vatican and House of Parliament during the Easter holiday. And on Friday I’ll participate in the school strike in Rome.
