Victims see themselves as people to whom great injustice happened...

Instead of showing our anger, we are angry at ourselves, or turn it into depression...

We protect ourselves from the pain that comes from relationships with other people...

We are afraid to fail or be professionally abandoned in a relationship...

Just as shame, suspicion awakens in us, it feeds our fear, distrust in others...

Inner fulfillment cannot be obtained from external sources...

Sobriety (everyday consciousness) shrinks, differs and says...

We can reach the source of our inspiration and creativity, peace, joy and love that we once... (W. James)
