Heartburn is caused by:
1 fat, 2 chocolate, peppermint,
garlic, raw onions, orange juice, chili sauce, tomatoes,
coffee, alcohol.
3 late dinner, followed by lying down
(better go for a walk, etc. - d.48) ... (J. Carper)
Sugar acts as a painkiller directly on the brain in babies (see
adults, etc. - d.48). Cabbage juice and Musapep (dry
powder of green cooking bananas) helps with stomach
ulcers. Just Caved-s, licorice. Liquid (hotter than 60°C) causes gastritis and damage to
the stomach! - It can even lead to esophageal cancer. - Kidney stone patients usually eat large amounts of protein
(protein) and sodium (see salt, etc. - d.48). - Also Cola (oxalate, phosphate) and citrus fruit juices
(oxalate, sugar) are harmful. - Fruit and vegetables are top
fighter against cancer. - Vitamin A (lung), vitamin C (stomach
and intestine) in the blood to help against cancer. - What people eat who never fall ill with cancer:
1 Become a “half-vegetarian” …
2 No red meat, saturated animal fats …
3 Some dairy products (see curd, cheese, etc. - d.48), lots of
fruits and vegetables, wheat bran, dried beans, green tea,
low-fat milk, lots of yogurt (acidophilus), low alcohol,
somewhat eel (vitamin D), mackerel (omega-3 oils), not
salted, smoked or cured products, turkey meat (without
skin), no bacon or salami, bread, olive oil, rapeseed oil,
linseed oil, lots of lettuce, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes,
oranges, onions, garlic, strawberries, raspberries, melons,
nuts (see vitamin E, etc. - d.48), not overweight. - Fat-feeder animals often show cell damage in the
pancreas:
good is fruit, tomatoes, pulses-food, etc.
Stomach cancer:
Salad (see herbs, etc. - d.48) is the
solution ...
Positive eating:
cabbages (see cauliflower and broccoli, etc.
– d.48), tea, garlic, onions, soybeans, vegetables, fruit,
vitamin C.
Negative eating:
salt, salted, smoked and marinated
meats ... (J. Carper)

Interpretation of dali48
Cancer - known medically as a malignant neoplasm, is a
broad group of various diseases, all involving unregulated
cell growth. In cancer, cells divide and grow uncontrollably,
forming malignant tumors, and invade nearby parts of the
body. The cancer may also spread to more distant parts of
the body through the lymphatic system or bloodstream.
Not all tumors are cancerous. Benign tumors do not grow
uncontrollably, do not invade neighboring tissues, and do
not spread throughout the body. There are over 200
different known cancers that afflict humans. - Determining what causes cancer is complex. Many things
are known to increase the risk of cancer, including tobacco
use, certain infections, radiation, lack of physical activity,
obesity, and environmental pollutants. - These can directly
damage genes or combine with existing genetic faults
within cells to cause the disease. Approximately five to ten
percent (and what about the 90%, etc.? - d.48) of cancers
are entirely hereditary. - While cancer can affect people of all ages, and a few types
of cancer are more common in children, the risk of
developing cancer generally increases with age. - In 2007,
cancer caused about 13% of all human deaths worldwide
(7.9 million). Rates are rising as more people live to an old age - and as
mass lifestyle changes occur in the developing world. General symptoms occur due to distant effects of the
cancer that are not related to direct or metastatic spread.
These may include: unintentional weight loss, fever, being
excessively tired, and changes to the skin. - Cancers are primarily an environmental disease with 90 to 95% of cases attributed to environmental factors and 5-10% due to genetics. Environmental, as used by cancer
researchers, means any cause that is not inherited
genetically, not merely pollution. - Common environmental
factors that contribute to cancer death include tobacco
(25-30%), diet and obesity (30-35%), infections (15-20%),
radiation (both ionizing and non-ionizing, up to 10%),
stress, lack of physical activity, and environmental
pollutants. - Decades of research has demonstrated the link between
tobacco use and cancer in the lung, larynx, head, neck,
stomach, bladder, kidney, esophagus and pancreas.
Tobacco smoke contains over fifty known carcinogens,
including nitrosamines and polycyclic aromatic
hydrocarbons. Tobacco is responsible for about one in
three of all cancer deaths in the developed world, and
about one in five worldwide. Most cancer deaths caused by occupational risk factors
occur in the developed world. - It is estimated that
approximately 20,000 cancer deaths and 40,000 new cases
of cancer each year in the U.S. are attributable to
occupation. Diet, physical inactivity, and obesity are related to
approximately 30–35% of cancer deaths. In the United
States excess body weight is associated with the
development of many types of cancer and is a factor in 14–
20% of all cancer deaths. Physical inactivity is believed to
contribute to cancer risk not only through its effect on
body weight but also through negative effects on immune
system and endocrine system. - One report estimates that approximately 29,000 future
cancers could be related to the approximately 70 million CT
scans performed in the US in 2007. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation from the sun
can lead to melanoma and other skin malignancies. Clear
evidence establishes ultraviolet radiation, especially the
non-ionizing medium wave UVB, as the cause of most non-melanoma skin cancers, which are the most common
forms of cancer in the world. Some hormones play a role in the development of cancer
by promoting cell proliferation. Hormones are important
agents in sex-related cancers such as cancer of the breast,
endometrium, prostate, ovary, and testis, and also of
thyroid cancer and bone cancer. Cancer prevention is defined as active measures to
decrease the risk of cancer. The vast majority of cancer risk
factors are due to environmental (including lifestyle)
factors, and many of these factors are controllable. Thus,
cancer is largely considered a preventable disease. Greater
than 30% of cancer is considered preventable by avoiding
risk factors including: tobacco, overweight or obesity, an
insufficient diet, physical inactivity, alcohol, sexually
transmitted infections, and air pollution. Not all
environmental causes can be prevented completely such as
naturally occurring background radiation. Thus dietary recommendation for cancer prevention
typically include: "mainly vegetables, fruit, whole grain and
fish and a reduced intake of red meat, animal fat and
refined sugar." - "Complementary medicine" refers to methods and
substances used along with conventional medicine, while
"alternative medicine" refers to compounds used instead
of conventional medicine. Most complementary and
alternative medicines for cancer have not been rigorously
studied or tested. The most significant risk factor for developing cancer is old
age. - Although it is possible for cancer to strike at any age,
most people who are diagnosed with invasive cancer are
over the age of 65. According to cancer researcher Robert
A. Weinberg, "If we lived long enough, sooner or later - we
all would get cancer." - Autopsy studies in Europe and Asia have shown that up to
36% of people have undiagnosed and apparently harmless
thyroid cancer at the time of their deaths, and that 80% of
men develop prostate cancer by age 80. As these cancers
did not cause the person's death, identifying them would
have represented over-diagnosis rather than useful
medical care ... (Wikipedia)
The cancers most likely to be over-diagnosed through screening are those of the prostate, thyroid, breast and lung.26 Jul 2017
