1 Too early getting up, 2 Freezing in gloomy space, 3 Sitting on wet ground, 4 Wet clothes, 5 Becoming too warm, 6 Sweating in the wind, 7 Sleeping in the light, 8 Intercourse between 23 and 1 o'clock at night, 9 Muscles and tendons dip into cold water (see e.g. Kneipp cure etc. - d.48), 10 Too hot food (and drink & too much % of alcohol etc. - d.48)...
