Fresh Berry Jam in 60 seconds. Toss 1 cup of your favorite berries into a blender with 1 tbsp of chia seeds and a tsp of honey. Blend, pour into a jar and put in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds create a jelly like texture to the sweet berries and honey.

It works, have used for a few years now, It removes the use of all that sugar re[lacing with honey worked for me (to taste). It keeps well also, I am using now some blackberry jam from last year."
