Interpretation of dali48
The experienced doctor Bernard Fontanille discovered on his trip around the world, the different cultures of faraway lands from an unusual perspective. In the documentary series, he explains what methods people have developed around the world to cure diseases. On the Japanese island of Okinawa, he goes to the question of why many residents reach a ripe old age.
In Okinawa, a small island off the coast of Japan, aging as an art is practiced. Many islanders are over a hundred years old!
