we start out life, if we are blessed with good health and
continue to think it will last forever and then comes the
day we wake up and find out we might die and our minds
slow down and we become afraid of what the next day or
even the next second will bring ... I remember looking at
my doctor and saying you must be wrong I do not believe
you can do nothing for me ... stay home stay out of your
trigger points? Why, what was he asking me to do, stop
living ... I did not realize at the time just where these
chemicals could be found ... I was amazed when he said
you are wearing them, on your clothes from washing
soaps on your skin from soaps even my lipstick ... I was in
shock ... How on earth would I ever stay away from them ...
A new life style started that very day ... I spend the next
three weeks in chemical detox and learning a new way of
life ... all my clothes were washed in "safe" cleaners
including my hair ... bath or sauna morning and
afternoon ... it is now over 14 years since I started the clinic
... I am not well yet but better ... drugs do not help me but
natural things from nature nurture me, most drugs did not
help so I have declined from them ... my live is lonely
