07.08.1999 - Interpretation of dali48
The forgetting - as important as the memory in the mystic literature, - is a recurring element in the near-death reports (see Kübler-Ross, R. Mooney etc. -  d.48) ... (C. Zaleski)

Ring writes that those who have made this experience (near-death) will potentially become prophets for the rest of mankind who is unconsciously living ... (K. Ring)

The wish, or the order to live on, is determined by family ties or unfinished business, - not by the need to pay for former sins and repentance. - You see the world with different eyes. - How to explain that to your family? - Will they understand what you want to say? - Will they be hurt? - Have fear? - Be confused? - Be terrified? - Who is the new you and how do you live with it? - In the reports we analyze here, the feelings of loneliness, strangeness, and over-sensitivity (see noise, stress, etc. - d.48) are signs of an inner renewal (see nervous breakdown 1974 in TÜ, see "out of body" in Erkrath in the 80s, see "flying to heaven" 3/2013 in hospital, etc. - d.48) and as such can not be equated with a post-traumatic depression ...
The salutary effects of visionary dying experience:
Increased joy of life, less anxiety about material aspects of life, increased self-confidence, independence and determination, intense desires for loneliness and meditation (correct! - d.48), joy in nature and tolerance and compassion for others ... (Ring / Greyson )

In addition: marked serenity, humility and amazement, an increased awareness of death, which was not depressing but was felt life-increasing ...
Positive effects:
(1) a reduced fear of death, (2) the feeling of relative inviolability, (3) a feeling for the particular meaning or purpose of one's own life, (4) the faith of having by "God" or fate (see e.g. Zen etc. - d.48) received a special grace, 5. a deeper faith in life after death ... (Noyes / Kletti)

Thank you once again for sharing your experiences with life and death.
I also experienced death. It changes ones concept of death. I believe the one thing that bothers me is leaving loved ones behind. Having said that death has meaning and need not to be feared. Thank you so much for sharing.
