The breath is the umbilical cord through which this life flows to us! - As much as a person likes to encapsulate himself again and again in his "ego" - the breath forces him to maintain the connection to the "not-me"! Let us make ourselves aware that we are breathing the same air that our enemy breathes in and out! - It is the same air that animals and plants breathe! - The breath connects us constantly with everything! - Breathing symbolizes the following subject areas: rhythm in the sense of "as well as," tension - relaxation, taking - giving, contact - defense, freedom - constriction. How unfortunate are those who absolutely want to take their knowledge with them to the grave! - If the human being could only understand that there is an abundance of everything for everyone. - The colitis patient is afraid of losing the symbiosis! - Out of fear he sweats blood and water over the intestines, = the unconscious. - The only thing that helps him is the knowledge that every person has to live his own life responsibly - or he will lose it. Diabetes = sugar urine dysfunction = sugar diarrhea = diarrhea of love. Acid = symbol of aggression. Again and again we encounter this polarity of love and aggression, of sugar and acid (mythologically: Venus and Mars). - The body teaches us: If you don't love, you get angry; or - to put it even more clearly: Those who cannot enjoy themselves will soon become inedible themselves ...

On the train to the EU Parliament, the Italian Senate, the Vatican and House of Parliament during the Easter holiday. And on Friday I’ll participate in the school strike in Rome. I know it’s a holiday but since the climate crisis doesn’t go on vacation nor will we. #Climatestrike
