2 We are never satisfied - We constantly have a desire within us - In itself one must come to the whole - "Dukkha" = suffering...

Much better is to know 1 valuable line really, than 1000 worthless lines...
Buddha teaching:
a) morality,
b) concentration / spiritual gathering (samadhi),
c) wisdom (panna)...
8-way path:
a) the right insight: seek perfection not in material but in spiritual growth...
b) self-responsibility...
c) karma: we are the manufacturer of our happiness and misfortune...
d) it is both necessary and possible to change...
e) if others are accepted as they are, it is loving - in oneself it is self-complacency or stupidity...
2 The right intention: e.g. (karma of killing) or unintentionally crushing ants of an ant heap (karma of carelessness)...
It depends on the motivation:
Do I do something to be recognized, loved, famous, rich, amused, stunned - or am I doing to help, give, love? - Seeing your own intentions is the only way to purge - our intentions are like an iceberg...
(2) The right speech, the right action, the right life... - slaughter of animals (instead of more veggies etc. - d.48)...
3 The concentration:
a) the right effort,
b) the right mindfulness,
