We hold to the belief that it is a pleasure to be part of a couple - although we see the many miserable marriages and the large number of divorces (30-50%) around us...
And we still hold fast to it despite the many happy solitary people we see - Who can not give, can not take either - After all, everyone is like you: everyone wants the others to be interested in you...

Dependencies and desires can be equally strong - In contrast to dependency, the desire is that you realize how extraordinarily important a thing is for you, but you know that neither your life, your happiness, your peace of mind, nor your self-esteem depends on it - If you are dependent on it, you are afraid - to have or not to have something...
What are the alternatives? - Stay depressed? - Take medications that affect your mind and your moods but have negative side effects? - To endure tasks and life in this state?
