Everyone has good and evil thoughts and feelings, beautiful and ugly. The less beautiful ones have arisen - because my "ego" has been impaired. To heal my "ego" - I have to look at it, like a doctor who looks at wounds and injuries. I need not be ashamed of the "Counselor" - he is there to support me... - These potentials, however, are often blocked. The reactions are therefore rigid, stereotypical and not very original. Behavior, thought, experience show the never-changing patterns that are difficult to recognize, difficult to control, and most difficult to change - Whenever the old pain becomes palpable, we repel it by internally "pretending dead" and responding stereotypically in patterns. For this defense we sacrifice large parts of our potential vitality - According to the motto: safety demands its price. But if it is possible - and this is the effort of "co-counseling" to recognize these encrustations, to feel the old pain behind them again and to make them visible in us and others, the old wounds can gradually heal - Our spontaneity is growing. Our forces are fully at our disposal, they are no longer bound by old fears... (K. Berger)

On the train to the EU Parliament, the Italian Senate, the Vatican and House of Parliament during the Easter holiday. And on Friday I’ll participate in the school strike in Rome.
