Arte: What place impressed you the most on your research trip on the water?

EO: Israel - for better or for worse, because Israel... - the Palestinians 80% of the water... For good, I am counting the Israeli research in the field of wastewater reuse, water recycling, genetically modified crops with low water or the detoxification...

Arte: About the water spreading... - water pollution and flooding cost the lives of 2.5 until 5 million people annually, is it?

EO: ...the real problems are malaria and cholera... Not to mention the... - of treatment plants. 40% of the world's population have no toilets...

Arte: Are you optimistic or pessimistic?

EO: Optimistic... - because the problem is less water than the ignorance of the real politics...
