The master's goal is to get the egocentric lazybones to the point where they stop playing around with their masks ... (J.v.d. Wetering)

"Do you think the tent could have tainted Buddhist dogma?" asked Roshi ... My body, made up of air, water, fire and earth, has disintegrated. For years it had done its work in all its incredible complexity, but then some microbe caused an irreparable imbalance, or a bullet or knife destroyed a vital organ, or cancer cells grew, or I hung it up in a fit of final over-pressure. Whatever happened, the organism no longer works. The act of physical dying is complete. - There are many small ends, there are no big ends.
"When the Dalai Lama smiles, the seals bark on my coast." That's a "koan" ... "A polar bear farts, sparrows fall from the roof in Kyoto" (see everything is connected to everything etc. - d.48) ...
We invented each other, we misunderstood each other, we simply created ideas about each other that are not real. Was it really real? Probably, Hume suspected, - nothing! Perhaps only a void, "the void" that contains our ideas, is real ... (D. Hume, 1711 - 1776)
When he died of colon cancer at the age of 65, he wrote to his friends cheerfully "I now expect a speedy dissolution. When a man of my age dies, he only misses a few years of sickly infirmity" ...

"What do you want to be?" - "I don't want to be anything, great-grandpa." - "You're lucky, my dear, you're already nothing"... (Hakuin)

As long as I continued to believe in values, I was doomed to blame "God", gods, creators, parents, authorities, even "roshis and senseis" and, albeit reluctantly, myself, for what I thought was "not right" ... (J.v.d. Wetering)

Happiness comes to the lucky. There is no merit in it. "Are you one of God's faults or is God one of yours?" ...
Life has no intrinsic value, nor does it lack it, it is always only man who is concerned with evaluating life ... (F.Nietzsche, 1876)

Even if a holocaust becomes so terrible that we are tempted to shout "God is dead" (see "the king is dead" etc. – d.48), we will recreate it in another form, because we cannot bear to live without an ego structure ... Heaven awaits all slaves, losers only for now ... Let us not waste time being moral or immoral. Let us just be! Amorality produces considerate, kind beings ... The rule is to invite each other to eat, instead of opening fire at the tiny silhouette ... "Have you eaten yet, stranger?" ...
The greatest events are not our loudest, but our quietest hours ... (F. Nietzsche)

"Only daily life," said Baba, and "a little mindfulness!" ... I told him that his sexual desire, first frustrated, then perverted, helped to ruin the Buddhist center where I had studied ...

Not only was Catholicism restored by force, but Germanization was also enforced by force! ... Our language became our most important means of expressing our national identity ... Poetry was one of the first of our literary genres to come to life. It became a decisive factor in our cultural and political awakening ... It is as if poetry, lyric poetry, were predestined not only to speak to people very closely and intimately, but also to be our deepest and safest refuge where we seek support in the adversities we experience. I sometimes don't even dare to name it ... (J. Seifert, Nobel L.)

We have stylized our society in a way that corresponds neither to the perception of the affects nor to reason. The result is a disintegration of the affects and a silencing of reason ... (C. F. v. Weizsäcker)

It is a state of mind in which our will strives to become master of everything, instead of allowing us to find joy in things without bringing them under our control ... When entire societies are infected by these vices, they may accomplish amazing things, but they become increasingly incapable of solving the most elementary problems of everyday life ... What is needed is a "revolution of the mind and the heart!" ... (J. Seifert)

Today it is becoming apparent that technical medicine has reached its limits (see 75% chronic diseases: dystonics, rheumatics, allergy sufferers (metabolic diseases), circulatory diseases, tumors etc), materially and ideally ... This extreme specialization leads to people being conceived in test tubes and prevented from dying by machines, that healing is confused with repairing and people are used as spare parts stores for repairs ... Not only fighting illness, but promoting more health (see e.g. Chinese medicine, herbalists  etc. – d.48) ...
Reactivating therapy: desensitization, autologous blood, homeopathy, natural healing methods, hydrotherapy, exercise therapy, nutrition, phyto-therapy, breathing and relaxation therapy, climate and balneotherapy, acupuncture etc.
The most devastating suppressive substances are corticoids, cytostatics, immunosuppressants! ...
Arndt-Schulz rule: small stimuli stimulate vital activity, medium-strength ones promote it, strong ones inhibit it and the strongest ones eliminate it! ... (S. Das)

Common chronic diseases include diabetes, functional gastrointestinal disorder, eczema, arthritis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, autoimmune ...

It has a deep meaning that women - and men too - are afraid of snakes, because there is a snake that rules the world and women. In other words: The depths of the soul (Freud's "It" etc. - d.48), in which the repressed complexes rest, betray themselves in the resistance ... (G. Groddeck)

As he (Buddha) had separated himself from luxury, he now left the painful practices of the salvation-seeking “Sramans” behind him. In his opinion, a middle path out of the suffering of transience that avoids the extremeness of worldliness and renunciation ... (V. Zotz)

The true doctors bow before the deity, because in their own art they have few tools ... (Hippocrates)

Risk factors that most often lead to death: Smoking, alcohol, medication (too much), overeating, lack of exercise, driving, ambition, the search for money and prestige. Epidemological studies have clearly shown this ... (H. Schaefer)

In order to motivate behavioral change, it is not enough to just address thinking and reason, the world of feelings and experience must also be addressed ... (S. Das)

There are illnesses in which the patient has not fled in order to escape reality, but rather he needs it in order to protect himself from a hurtful reality and to become healthy ... (D. Beck)

"Pleasure without regret" - even in love - modern sexual behavior has a clear consumer character: As often and as much as possible with different partners. Promiscuity is the cause of the rapid spread of the new epidemic AIDS (see ca. 1% of frequency of Alzheimer's etc. - d.48) ...
Sickness-causing behaviors arise from: Too much food, too many stimulants (see cigarettes, alcohol, etc. – d.48), too many medicines, too much stress (see bullying-noise, being hectic, etc. - d.48), too much free time (boredom or risky behavior, etc.), lack of exercise (too much sitting, etc.), softening (see too comfortable life-style, etc. – d.48) ... (S. Das)

Fasting, sweating, purging are the most sensible and successful therapy and serve to generally cleanse fluids and tissues ... (S. Das)

Anyone who always keeps their inner surfaces (intestines and lungs) and their outer surfaces (skin) in an active, well-functioning condition has the best chance of always remaining healthy and living a long life ... (B. Aschner)

Bernhard Aschner (* 27. Januar 1883 in Wien; † 9. März 1960 in New York City) war ein österreichischer Gynäkologe und Geburtshelfer, Endokrinologe und Medizinhistoriker.
How to heal your gut for clear skin?Start by focusing on your diet. Balanced and super food items can help to heal your gut, almost as if by magic: Eat Right. Add healthy food items like fiber, plant-based food, wholegrain, pulses, fruits, and green leafy vegetables like broccoli to your diet and cut out processed food items.17.02.2023
Mucous membrane contact area: intestines approx. 300 m², breathing approx. 80-120 m², skin approx. 2 m² ... Today's chronic systemic diseases are characterized by the impotence of the defense systems - including cancer! - They remain chronic and continue to degenerate if it is not possible to relieve the basic system and activate the immune system! ... The intestine is the root of the human plant. The micro-world within us is just as endangered and disturbed as the macro-world around us! ...
Without approximately: 1. Air (3 min.), 2. Water (3 days), 3. Food (30 days)! ... Alongside the heart and brain, the kidneys are the organ with the most blood flow (see massage, warming, exercise, etc. - d.48)!

What are the 5 vital organs of the human body?
They are the heart, brain, kidneys, liver, and lungs. The locations of these five organs and several other internal organs are shown in Figure 10.4. 2. If any of the five vital organs stops functioning, the death of the organism is imminent without medical intervention.13.12.2021
