16.11.2019 - Vitamins and colitis and diabetes / Ayya Khema and own heart etc...

05.12.1998 - Interpretation of dali48

Vitamin P (rutin, bioflavonides, plant dyes in fruits and vegetables and red wine) is also present in the white skin of the orange... - 1 glass of red wine per day protects the blood vessels... - Each painkiller (only for a short time! - d.48), or smoked cigarettes rob the Vit C household of the body, which can not be stored by the body... - Old-age spots (see e.g. back of the hand etc) disappear by Vit E... - In the small intestine the food is used. Behind a too strong emphasis of the evaluation, however, there is always a problem of anxiety. If one is afraid, all impressions are left undigested. There is nothing left to hang. One loses a lot of flexibility, which is necessary to expand the fearful (narrow) I-boundary and thereby overcome the fear. Anxiety is always associated with narrowness and with holding tight. The therapy of anxiety is always letting go and expanding, being flexible and letting it happen...
Ulcerative colitis:
The colitis patient is afraid of losing the symbiosis, and of the loneliness... - For fear he sweats blood and water over the intestine... - Everyone has to live his own life responsible himself - or he loses it...
Diabetes leads to hyperacidity of the whole body - acid is a symbol of aggression:
who does not love becomes sour - who can not enjoy himself is soon unbearable...
Liver function:
1 Energy storage, 2 Energy production, 3 Protein change, 4 Detoxification...
The liver patient learns in the disease the restriction, to rest, and the deprivation (see sex, food, drink)...
Religion seeks the return to the starting point. The only way to find the way back is by comprehending the illusion... - of the various forms...
The many and the one - in this tension field works the liver...
Bile stones (more common in women) are petrified aggression = energy...
One experiences family situations as constraints from which one can not free oneself - Energies coagulate and petrify...
Anorexia nervosa:
fear of proximity and warmth, physicality, sex, etc. - conflict between greed and asceticism, hunger and renunciation, egocentricity and devotion... (M. E. Lange-Ernst)

This book is devoted to all people who do not seek happiness and peace in the world - but in their own hearts... (Ayya Khema)

06.12.1998 - Interpretation of dali48

Of course, we are dealing with new ways, new thinking, new methods, because if the old one had worked - everybody would be permanently happy... - The lowest level of happiness are the sense satisfactions...
The 6 senses (Buddhist):
Seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching and thinking...
The 5 obstacles:
1. Desire for satisfaction of the senses, because there is no final satisfaction at this level (see e.g. eating etc. - d.48)...
2. Evil (revenge)...
3. Laxity ("coolness") and inertia...
4. Restlessness and unrest...
5. Doubtfulness (see atheism, etc. - d.48)... (A. Khema)

Whereupon you have most eagerly searched for - It was given to you. You are triumphant and jubilant: "Now I have finally peace!" - Oh, friend, do not talk so wildly, control your tongue! - Any wish, if it is fulfilled - will instantly cause a new one... (Wilhelm Busch)

Absolute truths always remain the same - No one believes that one can buy the happiness, and yet it is always tried again...
Object of contemplation:
"What did I actually get?" - Then I must have wanted it too - for no one gets anything without having it wanted... - What our lives are and what our quality of life looks like - that's what we attribute to ourselves... - The inside and the exterior fit exactly - We divide mankind in general into 3 parts: the kind people with whom we want to be together - the disgusted ones we want to get rid of - and those who do not interest us at all - Does the other participate - or has he forgotten to confirm us? - In the latter case, aggression, argumentation, and hostilities are high in us... - The types of greed (see lechers etc. - d.48) are more concerned with satisfying the senses - and the hate types (see frustration + aggression etc. - d.48) behave more disrespectfully... - If we have very much rejection and negativity in us, it happens - that we are constantly seeking satisfaction through the senses... - This is probably the only one - where we have at the moment found comfort and relief from rejection and negativity...

Everything that exists - is not 100% satisfying... (Buddha)

Only to believe benefits us nothing - but to try it helps us a lot... - Why am I actually making myself unhappy? - Why do I have to react? - I hear and I see it - responding to it is quite unnecessary... - Each sense contact inevitably brings a feeling with it - what can not be changed. The feeling can be pleasant, unpleasant or neutral... - As long as we have a body, there will always be something wrong - it just can not be different... - At the end the body still dies - probably on the wrong day... - That we can keep it in order - is a fantasy, a utopia... - If we have it painless and functional - we can celebrate ourselves happily... - Everyone is dissatisfied and unfulfilled because there is no possibility to avoid the "Dukkha" (see suffering etc. - d.48)... - There is no guilt and atonement in the Buddha doctrine - but only cause and effect (see principle of causality etc. - d.48)... - As you sow, you shall reap, and we reap only our own seed - We can not reap in the neighbor's garden, there he reapeth himself...
