Money, power, fame, possession, influence, knowledge, pleasure, eating, drinking, asceticism, religious ideas, drugs etc...
Whoever sees his life as a journey - and is always walking is a seeker - not an addict...
In order to find out as a seeker, one has to accept to be without a home country - who believes in ties is already addicted...
It is no coincidence that our time is so severely affected by cancer - that cancer is treated so fiercely and unsuccessful (investigations have shown that the life expectancy of untreated cancer patients seems to be greater than with the treated patients (see own experiences since 1991 etc. - d.48)...
Our age is characterized by the ruthless expansion and realization of one's own interests - In political, economic, religious and private life, people try to spread their own goals and interests without regard for boundaries - placing all others in the service of their own advantage (see exploitation principle etc. - d.48)...
The philosophy of our time knows no other goal than growth (see e.g. cancer growth etc. - d.48) and progress (see progressing destruction of nature and biodiversity etc. - d.48)...
What is the goal of progress? - Even more progress! - Humanity is on a trip without a destination...
