I was having IBS  (Irritable bowel syndrome etc. - d.48) two years ago and I got rid of that by daily excercising, intake of 8 glasses water daily - eating raw fruits and raw vegetables - coz they have lots of fiber and fiber is essential for a good digestive system - intake of gooseberry every morning on empty stomach and fresh ginger piece one hour after the meals - coz these are natural intestinal and colon cleansers - I meditate a hour daily to relieve stress - and also I practised to be cool and dont think too much...
