The attempt to teach people friendliness by measures of hardness - is the same as the proverbial war that cannot abolish war. Hardness encourages hardness (i.e. war creates war, or - who is sowing wind, will harvest storm, see Grandma Helen, Steinbach, 50s and 60s - or even: who destroys the “Flora & Fauna” - will cause natural disasters, etc. - d.48)...
The only difference between the so-called saints and the so-called sinners - is that the former are much older than the latter. Unfortunately, one needs endless cycles of life, until one has identified perhaps the most important fact in the universe - evil means pain (see William Golding and "Man produces evil - as Bees produce honey" etc. – d.48)…
All of the moralist arguments pale into insignificance in the light of a basic truth - that evil means to be suffering...
