The more we let go of desires, of wanting, of distractions, the more it is possible to be satisfied - It is absolutely impossible to find satisfaction in this world by accumulating all that is possible around us - We can start with small steps... - In the third phase of life (about 50 till 75) one can go into seclusion and devote oneself to the spiritual life - One should be able to enable these three phases of life in the West as well (25 years of learning, 25 years of work, 25 years of spirituality)... - The pleasant senses have an end - the unpleasant ones too - But we are not at all clear that our time, energy, our money and our whole desire are directed to always repeat the pleasant senses - since we can not keep them, and run away from the unpleasant ones - with which we build barriers, resistances and blockades, which of course are not pleasant to us either... On the train to the EU Parliament, the Italian Senate, the Vatican and House of Parliament during the Easter holiday. And on Friday I’ll participate in the school strike in Rome.
