29.09.1998 - Interpretation of dali48

Secondary problems often complicate the detection of primary depression:
Impotence, heart palpitations, sweating, diarrhea, disgust, chronic pain, workplace failure, etc... (J. Rush)

He has returned to the origin, but his steps were in vain... - It is better for him to be blind and numb... - In his hut he sits, sees nothing of all that is out there... - The streams flow, as they flow - and red flowers bloom of their own in red etc... (D.T. Suzuki)

Whoever practices learning increases daily - Whoever makes sense, diminishes daily - He diminishes and diminishes until he finally arrives at the "do not make" - In the case of non-doing nothing remains undone (in the secondary "doing" everything remains unmade! - see, for example, neonics and bees etc. - d.48)... (Laotse)

"Wu-wei" = unintentional action is unlike idleness... - The wind blows where it wants, and you hear its whirling well (see e.g. a storm etc. - d.48), but you do not know where it comes from and where it goes (see John 3, 8). This is the zen ideal... (Suzuki)

Golden Snow Depression can break us if we allow it to dali48, I am believing that it's better to turn to Nature to help us lose ourselves in what is real not drugs as most do. Most depression is not healthy, although some can not be denied. I love the Zen feelings of losing myself in the sounds of the wind or the roaring of the waves. So true these words quote: The wind blows where it wants, and you hear it's whirling well (see e.g. a storm etc. - d.48) unquote. Also, depression will pass if we lose ourselves in the beauty of Nature.

Golden Snow As I learn from your diaries dali48 we are what we feel and also what we eat. Most times life can take over and we lose ourselves in a river of fast tides, our bodies twirling and moving to the beat of another's drum. Nature is the healer and Nature will cradle us to heal. Zen is wonderful it keeps us in the moment. Thanks for your teaching dali48, my feeling...
